Introduction
Satius888, SL ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides the Satius mobile application (the "App") and related services (collectively, the "Service") under the terms outlined in this Terms of Service agreement (the "Terms"). By creating an account, signing up, or using any aspect of the Service, whether through mobile device, computer, or other means, you agree to comply with these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference and available at https://satius.app/privacypolicy.
We may update or revise these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we do, the date at the top of the Terms will be changed. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms. You can always view the most recent version at https://satius.app/terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, you must stop using the Service immediately.
Registration and account
To access the App, users must request an account and provide certain information. By signing up, you agree to receive transactional emails and messages about your account and support matters.
Once approved, you will be asked to register and select a subscription plan. Membership fees and in-app purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your platform. These payments renew automatically unless canceled. We do not store your payment information and do not offer refunds unless explicitly stated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@satius.app if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for keeping your information accurate and for securing your device.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Satius. By using the Service, you confirm that:
- You can form a binding contract under applicable law
- You are not barred from using the Service under any jurisdiction
- You have never been convicted of a violent, sexual, or serious crime
- You are not required to register as a sex offender
- Your account has not previously been terminated by us
We reserve the right to remove your account without notice if you fail to meet these criteria.
Subscriptions and payments
When subscribing, you agree to pay the stated fees via the applicable app store. We may change pricing, add membership tiers, or adjust in-app purchase options at any time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Apple App Store or Google Play Store terms regarding billing, cancellations, or refunds, the respective platform's terms will govern.
Some features of the Service may be offered in beta or limited release. We make no guarantees as to their availability, functionality, or performance and may discontinue or modify them at any time. User conduct
You agree to treat other users respectfully and not to:
- Violate any laws or these Terms
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or commercial purposes
- Post offensive, misleading, or unauthorized content
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
- Access the Service through unauthorized means
We may suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion if we believe any rules or community standards have been violated.
User content
You are solely responsible for the content you post or share. By submitting content, you grant Satius a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as part of operating the Service. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
Safety
We do not perform background checks or vetting of users or locations. You are solely responsible for your interactions and meeting others. Always use caution in both digital and real-world engagements.
Third-party services and links
Satius may contain links to third-party content or services. We are not responsible for their practices or availability. Your interaction with any third party is solely between you and that provider.
Intellectual property
Satius and all related trademarks, logos, and content are owned by Satius888, SL or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or modify our content without permission.
Mobile and location-based features
By enabling location or push notifications, you consent to us using that data to personalize your experience. You can modify permissions at any time in your device settings.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without reason. You may cancel at any time through your App Store settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Satius888, SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits, or personal injury, resulting from your use of the Service.
Dispute resolution
Before pursuing legal action, you agree to contact us at hello@satius.app to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. Any unresolved disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of Andorra, under the laws of the Principality of Andorra.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Satius888, SL from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, internet or power outages, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or other unforeseeable circumstances.
Miscellaneous
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, are the full agreement between you and us. If any provision is invalid, the remainder will continue in effect. These Terms are non-transferable. Failure to enforce any part of the Terms does not waive our right to enforce them later.
